                Could someone please explain why I just get the infamous

"You are not authorized to access bug #7861."

Is there a reason that requirements are secret?

Feature request 7861 asks for
       "Meego shall support a file system where selected content stored on the local storage device (HDD, SSD, or USB Drive) is only readable by the applications explicitly granted access by the owning application."

Is there architecture support in 1.2 for this feature?  If yes, can you describe it please.
