Thanks! - We're almost there - two things I noticed from build log:

mesa-libGLESv2-compat doesn't end up Provides: libGLESv2.so
mesa-libEGL-compat doesn't end up Provides: libEGL.so

>From packaging:

both packages depend on mesa-dri-drivers when they should Requires:
libGLESv2.so.2 or Requires: libEGL.so.1 instead.
