This is a review process that Intel developers working on new open source projects need to go through. This project is largely need code, and is still waiting approval.

Just to have it for http://wiki.meego.com/Glossary , what's a PDT?
(Other reason: It's important for daily work we share a common
understanding of project-specific abbreviations as to let new
contributors easily adapt into the current work and understand what's
going on, hence me asking what might seem a stupid question.)
