It isn't a regression. Previous package faked a QtMobility.pc.
It doesn't makes sense to ship a single pkgconfig file for the complete Qt Mobility APIs.
I'm working with the upstream to fix the pkconfig files issue and each API will provide his own pkgconfig file.
At the moment, we have only QtContacts and QtVersit but the situation will improve.
