This perl package could not be supported by yaml.

Here are the reason
====
The original command parameter could not be changed. 
./Build install destdir=$RPM_BUILD_ROOT create_packlist=0

If you use the yaml generated spec, there will be some error. The reason is that the parameter is changed to 
./Build install --installdirs vendor 

This line will be fine for others perl packages. However it does not work for perl-Test-Pod package.

You could not change this line if you use yaml.

I will not use yaml for this packages.
