Reason:  Please be more specific in the changes file about which bugs are fixed by fix-launch-chrome.patch, and which bugs are fixed in the new tarball?  Another option is, since this commit is targeting MeeGo 1.2 release, you may upgrade meego-panle-web to 0.2.1 and include all fixes. 

Please fix the issues above and resubmit.
