    Use librunlevel plugin instead of libupstart - plays more nicely with SysV
init. Fixes (BMC#5197). Sysvinit.patch sent upstream
(http://gitorious.org/dsme/dsme/merge_requests/1).
Supersedes sr #7191, additions: Increase DSME's startup priority (chkconfig in
init script) to make sure that DSME start early on.
