Agreed, legally this shouldn't be a problem.

But still, for a national MeeGo community it is a good idea not to
have issues with LF policies. My earlier proposal for the Meegolandia
was to either:

* Invite LF to participate and "bless" the community, and keep using
the Meegolandia name
* or come up with a name that has nothing to do with MeeGo
