      I was wondering about that myself.  Maybe break into two
    sections: Official and Related?

   Would regional/national channels, for example #meego-fi be then
  'Related'?

I wouldn't think so, but that's just my opinion.

For Related, I would think the #maemo- channels, perhaps projects like
#gluon, etc.
