Reading over your summary - I have to wonder whether live broadcasting
is really something we'll do a lot of...
As an alternative: Venemo seems keen on recording videos to go with
instructions done, which seems to cover most of the use cases of live
broadcasting quite well - so, I'm left wondering whether this is worth
the effort both in terms of finding something that will work (matching
your requirements and actually working - this is a complex set of
requirements really ;)), and in terms of setting up/maintaining
infrastructure to run it on.
What are your instincts? As you've been the one spending some time
nutting this out so far.
