Hi Peggy,

We did a poll when we originally set the times, and we alternate between 14:00 and 19:00 UTC, which as you mention is a terrible time in Asia. I've added an agenda item to the meeting to come up with a time that works better for those of you in Asia, and we'll try to rotate them.
