A close and apparent track that I ca think of is helping people
migrate from debian packaging to rpms, as this is the chosen packaging
system for MeeGo.

It might be also in place to have related projects for migration: e.g.
the ToQt (that can be read as too-cute ;))   migration project, that
will help current developers with a team of dedicated Qt people
actively porting on popular application porting to the platform.

And a "merge" project, only it would actually be the re-package
project for repackaging .debs into .rpms. (I know there are tools for
that but they usually produce less than suboptimal results).
