Ok, so how does this works in practice?

The Qt and Forum Nokia teams have several activities they want to
introduce in the Events calendar that are relevant to MeeGo developers.
The best would be that they could submit the events themselves, some of
us would get the notification and then we would just approve.

Same for anybody registered willing to submit an event.
