Although on this point I respectfully disagree. I think open source
projects depend upon clear leadership (although, perhaps not stifling
leadership as with something like openoffice.org).
Try telling Ubuntu (Canonical) what CMS they should use on their
website. Rather I think the best thing to do is to provide good feedback
on what website features would best serve the community. From my
experience the basic project infrastructure like the website is provided
by the sponsoring parties - in this case: Nokia, Intel and the Linux
Foundation.
