By popular demand, we decided to use a public IRC channel for questions, instead of PM. We'll probably leave the meeting backchannel in #meego and create a new channel that we'll devote entirely to questions to make my life as question-master a little easier. Anyone can type a question into the channel, and I will do my best to get them into the #meego-meeting chat room. We'll set up and announce the new questions channel before the meeting.
In order for this to work, people will need to help make my job easier by:
* waiting to post their questions until the appropriate times on the agenda
* keeping questions on-topic and relevant to the TSG charter: http://meego.com/about/governance
Since this is the first TSG meeting, I expect that we will have more questions than we can handle. I'll do my best to post what look like the most critical questions, but some of the rest may need to be diverted to the mailing list if we run out of time.
Dawn
