[MeeGo-community] Community Communication & Guidelines Update

Over the past couple of weeks, we've been talking about some upcoming 
changes for the community, including the creation of a few new mailing 
lists. The new mailing lists should start coming out next week, and the 
final list can be found here:

Along with this new infrastructure, I've been working on beefing up our
community documentation and guidelines. 

The MeeGo community is growing rapidly, and with that rapid growth are 
new people who want to contribute, but many of them need a little help 
getting assimilated into the community. Until I can get some Borg 
assimilation technology, I'll have to rely on boring things like 
guidelines to help people get started. I've created new guidelines 
pages on the wiki for our mailing lists and IRC along with some other 
existing guidelines for forums and the wiki. The goal is to help people 
find the information they need to participate appropriately, so I tried 
to keep them simple and short focused on guidance rather than hard and 
fast rules.

I'll post another update next week with our progress on the new mailing 
lists and more.
