Hi all,

I've already created this page on the wiki:
http://wiki.meego.com/MeeGo_Conference_2010/Early_Bird_Events
and posted about it on the MeeGo Forum:

sounds good! I'll add your ideas to the wiki and I'll wait for
users/developers ideas about the contents.

About badges: couldn't we simply use the same MeeGo Conference badges?
I think that if they will be ready for November 15th, they can be
ready for 13th too, so we don't have to waste further time and money
designing and printing them.

The rooms availability is something we should try to know as soon as
possible, for this reason: if we have more rooms we can try to
organize parallels sessions (for example a basic qt tutorial and an
advanced one). We will need also tables and power for our
notebooks/netbooks and possibly internet connection (a video projector
wouldn't be bad neither...).

About food and drinks, my idea is that we should not increase the
organization expenses too much, so we could self-organize buying beers
and sandwitches somewhere (well... if the hotel allows us to take this
food inside, of course....). Anyway if you think there are enough
funds to cover this too, it's wellcome of course :)

Regards,
