Some of the submissions have gone beyond the guidelines (more colors or more imprints) and I have requested them to provide a quick fix after reporting the anomaly in the respective pages.

Some submissions are literally in the grey area since they are using more than 6 tones but perhaps the additional tones are considered shades of a same original color mixed with the t-shirt's white. I have contacted the printer to ask whether this is possible at all and I have requested advice from my conference organization mates.

Sorry for the confusion! We didn't want to leave any submitter out and we are looking forward to find the answers and apply the fixes in the next 24h. In the meantime please stay calm. ;)
