Organizing the third day of the conference

Hi, I am sorry if am re-opening the topic.

We will like to know how are the steps or the guidelines to follow if we can want
do some workshop on the third page.

According with the web page the third day is dedicated to "un-conference".

But the point is: How are going to be managed the rooms/auditoriums/etc?

Is some kind of reservation or free in come free in take it.

We want to know this, at least if we want to give some hack sessions we should
know what kind of space we have available, connectivity, etc.
