[MeeGo-community] Session proposals for contributing to the core OS/platform, None?

Hi all,
I've just went through the accepted and the proposed sessions and
some of the BOFs, and I could't spot anything pertaining to providing
some intro/insight or engagement for community developers interested
in contributing and polishing the reference core implementation and
its set of apps. (I realize some of the hardware adaptation and
certain vendor originating products are not open and this is not about
them).
As someone who's interested in application development, but together
and even a bit more want to help the core os and app set, I would like
to see more BOFs or actually a dedicated session for how to get
involved, fix bugs and start hacking on the core os, frameworks and
basic app set side by side with the vendor contributors.
I was able to find this[0] but not sure if it will deal with
technically developing the core or what its scope will be.
On a related note, I wonder if we could have a system to vote for
sessions proposals and BOFs for the next time around to support the
program committee's decision. Such that is is complementary but not
compulsory to take the voter's recommendations.
And if there's still room for a few more proposals, I would personally
be interested in attending this[1] or similar session as I think this
is highly timely and MeeGo devices could as well become a standard in
automated commodity medical auditing.
Feedback and advice appreciated,
-Sivan
