I understand and we have actually done this in previous programs - and 
we even opened a bit the door to some exceptions now in the first round 
of the meego.com N950 program. However, the Nokia N950 is literally a 
developer device, its main purpose (from a Nokia perspective) is to 
bring apps and additional functionality to future N9 users and this is 
why developers are the main focus here.
