There is no MicroSD slot. You'd have to live with the non-expansible
16 GB of internal flash.
Maybe, but this is just speculation, Nokia is not allowed to sell the
device because it failed QA when it was meant to become the N9 last
year. With developer loaners (yes, loaners) this is different because
you have to accept some conditions.
The N950 may not necessarily be better than the N900 for the tasks of
a sysadmin.
