There's no doubt about that.

But there are generic browsers and branded browsers today. Some companies 
would like to say that they are shipping a device that runs Chrome, or 
Firefox, or Fennec. Others wouldn't mind and would instead prefer a browser 
based on QtWebKit.

Anyway, MeeGo decided not to standardise on one browser. It's up to the device 
manufacturer to decide what they put on the standard image. Or up to you to 
decide which one you actually want to use.
