Much of this development is happening in ConnMan upstream; you could get
involved there.

I fixed various IPv6 issues in ConnMan's DNS proxy and GResolv a week or
two ago; this ought to be fine.

This part should *NOT* be 'best effort'. Anyone writing code which only
works with Legacy IP, in 2010, should just be shot. If you find apps
which are using Legacy IP instead of IPv6, please file bugs.
