Hi all,
Since the meego obs server is only open to certain people, and its
version(1.8) doesn't support public( i.e. anonymouse ) access, so that
I've no way to it.
openSUSE provide a script obs_mirror_project to make a local
mirror, it downloads prjmeta, prjconf, and all binaries from remote
server, then restart scheduler to rescan all package, and use ruby
import to update information.
SO, I've a plan here:
1. write a script to pull meego packages from
http://repo.meego.com ( since obs_mirror_project get binary from obs
api which I couldn't access );
2. restart obssched and use the script import.
PROBLEMS is:
1. I have no idea about how packages organized in obs server.
2. Projects meta could only get from meego obs api.
These are only solution I can find to mirror a closed obs server.
AND I'm writing to find if there is any experiences or
information about building local obs server.
Best Regards,
Leaf Johnson.
