Thanks this is fine but I need some other things also.

When I wrtie this image on USB and boot. This will ask three options.

I like to remove those option and boot using USB?

doh.  wrong copy-paste ;-)
add the following line:

sed -i 's/^id:5:initdefault:/id:3:initdefault:/' /etc/inittab

Basically - change the default runlevel to 3, this will not launch X.
