After changing the directory order as the work-around i got below errors.
PATH in QTcreator:
/usr/lib/madde/linux-i686/madlib:/usr/lib/madde/linux-i686/targets/meego-handset-ia32-1.1.2/bin:/usr/lib/madde/linux-i686/madbin:/usr/lib/madde/linux-i686/bin:/usr/lib/madde/linux-i686/targets/meego-handset-ia32-1.1.2/bin:/opt/meego/meego-sdk-qt-creator/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/games
mmoc: failed to run command '/usr/bin/moc'
