Have you tried what I suggested in my last reply?
Run ofono by hand with the -n and -d "*" options to get it to dump all
it's debugging.
Also, what modem are you using? Is it perchance the phonesim modem
simulator? If so, you may have other configuration to do to get it
working (though if you are getting SMS working, so I assume this is not
the problem).
