[Meego-handset] What is the real usage for MeeGo "Platform APIs"

Many MeeGo API's ate build top on these platform API's. Good example is GStreamer
first preference is to use services provided by platform API's via official MeeGo API's like
Qt Mobility etc.

Some examples when you ney need to use these platform API's. If you need to implement
as example new coded use GSTreamer.

When we are talking about handsets, we will actually have more of these platform API's,
as example Telepathy-Qt4 etc but once again, in most cases you could use their services
via Qt Mobility.
