This is a known bug (BMC #3581).  I fixed the original bug, which was
not specific to making any 2nd call by any mechanism.  I provided a
workaround in the 0.1.16 release and have since closed #3581, and
opened a new bug (BMC #7918) just for this issue, manually dialing a
2nd call with the keypad.

There is, but alas, despite my efforts, they continue to remain
non-public.  My hope and expectation is that for 1.2, we *will* have
public specs and wireframes.  Feel free to echo this loud and clear in
the public forums so we get some community momentum behind it.  I would
like to have them public, but since I did not write them, I can not
change their distribution restrictions.  You have my regrets and
understanding, for whatever that is worth ;)
