It is a duplicate becuase the second comment in the "ACTUAL OUTCOME"
section says:

  "The user also sees the number input field and the delete control"

This is the same cause (not clearing the MTextEdit value) as 1505.

The rest of the bug is invalid, since the contact card info is supposed
to only show the name if the number matches an entry in the contact data
model.

The patch looks fine, but since this also affects the recent and
favorites pages, could you please fix those as well and re-submit?  When
you do, please add it as an attachment, not in-line.
