Agreed.  While these repos remain, mostly in case the transition
managed to lose something, they should not be used anymore and none of
the published images are built from or point to them.

The list of packages in them needs to be reviewed, and if present in
Trunk, just removed from the Trunk:Handset/Netbook projects.

Any remaining that are not yet in Trunk need to be reviewed.
