Rodrigo,

I apologise for the tardiness of my response. We are happy that you are interested in joining the Brazilian Portuguese team and contributing translations to the MeeGo Project. The first step is to join the team, which I see you already have. I suggest you contact the team lead, and ask if any IRC or other meetings are held to talk about how to share the work. If you have questions about process, schedule, or a technical question, post to the mailing list. Everyone is and has been incredibly willing to share information. We also have a wiki on meego.com, but it needs updating badly: http://wiki.meego.com/Localization_team. Any member of the localization team can update these pages.

I am planning on having an IRC meeting soon on freenode on the #meego-meeting channel--the delay has been that I lost my IRC settings and am still trying to figure out how to make it work from behind a corporate firewall. Watch the mailing list for an announcement.

Best regards,

Margie
