I've cleaned up the wikipages *a lot* in the last two hours or so.
For the records and transparency, see [1].

Main changes:
      * I have made http://wiki.meego.com/Localization_team the central
        starting point, linking to all *relevant* pages.
      * Cleaned up and restructured the Meetings section.
      * Removed the "static" outdated list of people on
        http://wiki.meego.com/Language_specific_working_groups -
        Transifex does that job for us nowadays.
      * Linked potential language specific subpages (only existing for
        German so far) from that page instead.

In the long run I'd prefer to have everything under the "Localization/"
namespace.

What is still left on the to-do list are the two items quoted above
(explaining Gtk Internationalization for Developers, and writing the
"Starting a translation team" guide).
Anybody is welcome; but maybe I might do it later if I feel like.
