[MeeGo-il10n] Prefixing bug reports with "GLS" in MeeGo Bugzilla

I propose to change the rather obscure

		"GLS"

prefix for bug reports in Bugzilla (see [1] for the list of existing
issues) to something more common like

		"[I18N]"

(with square brackets) to get a bit closer to the common (though
undefined) prefixing style in MeeGo Bugzilla (see [2] for the list of
existing prefixes).
"[L10N]" would also work - no strong opinion on that as most people mix
up L10N and I18N anyway...
