No, it's not a Qt plugin, it's a Maliit plugin. On the N9, such plugins
live in /usr/lib/meego-im-plugins/ and they can be activated through
GConf:

$ gconftool-2 -s /meegotouch/inputmethods/onscreen/enabled -t list --list-type string [libmeego-keyboard-quick.so,]
$ gconftool-2 -s /meegotouch/inputmethods/onscreen/active -t list --list-type string [libmeego-keyboard-quick.so,]
