[MeeGo-ivi] UI status

My 2c.

- QML enforces a separation of application logic and UI.
- QML enables UI to be built very quicky. The technology isn't called Qt 
Quick for nothing.

*If* the tablet apps are well written, then it is plausible that the UI 
could be rewritten to be more IVI suitable and by that I mean following 
driver distraction guidelines.

My gut feel is to wait till the Qt Components project matures and create 
IVI skins but I need to catch up on the technical details.
