[MeeGo-ivi] MeeGo IVI touchscreen support (Was: Re: Guide for IVI Home)

We used to use a tool called xinput_calibrator, I think it's still in
Trunk, so just do a sudo zipper install xinput_calibrator, which brings
up a little window that allows you to calibrate a specific touchscreen
(Given it is recognized by X).  Then it spits out some xconf settings,
where you can just drop it into the xorg.conf.d directory.  I do not
know if this has changed, but that's the only thing that was available
back then, but it works quite well.
