[MeeGo-ivi] 1.2 code freeze

I don't know anymore about when the new UI will come in than what Imad posted to the meego-dev mail list.  I do know that no matter when it comes it, we need to stick with shipping a stable IVI release on time.  Given that we will pull in the UI stuff as soon as we can.

If I read this right (which isn't likely) The new UI will come
in after the 1.2 release.
