[Meego-kernel] rejects against .35?

Hey,

Looks like kernel in OBS is ok and patches apply as they should,
given plain quilt. At least for devel:kernel/kernel. Thanks.

However, still need few pointers on how to deal with the configs:
- make -f Makefile.config seems to yield incomplete fragments?
- make oldconfig (nonint_oldconfig) seems to say:
Makefile:110: *** multiple target patterns.  Stop.
- Do you need a patch for security configs or is it enough just
   to send them along with the patches?
- Can we enable security config(s) in config-generic?
