[Meego-kernel] Patch[0/6] Enable WLAN for wl1273

New series of patches to enable WLAN using re-factorization of delayed devices mechanism proposed by Pierre.
All these patches were tested on iCDK with Meego meego-hanset-ia32-mtf-devel-1.1.80.6.20101112.1.sda.bin and applied on kernel mid 2.6.35.3.230.1.src.rpm

Also, because we are using compat-wireless since Meego is based on kernel 2.6.35, we should modified config file to compile wlan and regulator correctly:
CONFIG_WL12XX=y
CONFIG_WL1271=m
CONFIG_WL1271_SPI=m
CONFIG_WL12XX_PLATFORM_DATA=y
and
CONFIG_REGULATOR=y
CONFIG_REGULATOR_FIXED_VOLTAGE=y

The firmware wl1271-fw.bin and wl1271-nfs.bin should be included in the rootfs to use wlan.
Connman tests are also welcome to check wlan ;) IFWI should support new SDIO device for wlan_clk_vmmc sfi table entry (not delivered, HSD open).

The steps to have WLAN functional are:
