[Meego-kernel] SPI and SFI

Hi All,

I was exploring the MooresTown arch init code in linux 2.6.35.3.
Its my understanding that the MRST IA32 firmware passes information related
to attached SPI slave devices through SFI to the OS .
Is my understanding correct ?

If so, if I have to add another device to the platform, how do I go about ?
Anything other than modifying the OS boardinfo (mrst.c) file and adding a
protocol driver with a matching modalias needs to be done.
