[Meego-kernel] [PATCH] MRST S0i3: sync s0i3-test into release kernel

This patch updates kernel-adaptation-mrst-2.6.37.6-133.1
with the contents of s0i3-test.

There are a number of important bugs fixes -- and the development
change log is pre-pended to the patch mentioning some of them.

Proper operation of S0i3 can be assured only with
firmware of this vintage or newer.

1. IA FW v6005.1525
2. SCU FW vC0.49

The kernel disables S0i3 if older FW is seen,
otherwise S0i3 is enabled by default.
