[Meego-kernel] [PATCH] mrst S0i3: adjust power break-even to reflect current S0i3

Kristen,
Please add this patch to the latest acer/meego kernel.

If we are successful in decreasing S0i3 overhead, we can
decrease these parameters, but with this patch they
reflect the currently measured overhead. (Thanks, Yong!)
