[meego-packaging] Migrating from Debian packaging (was Re: autospectacle)

About the migration of installed files, Debian supports *.install files.
RPM %files tag supports -f option to use files lists in separated file.

Using this RPM feature, make easier the transition for the Maemo community
packaging effort. At least, It makes mine easier.
