[meego-packaging] .rpm and /etc

Hello!

How do we handle files installed in /etc by a .rpm package? I'm thinking
of packages which contain such a file instead of creating it via a
install script. Will updating the .rpm overwrite the file in /etc with
the more recent copy from the new .rpm?

Buteo expects files in /etc and installs them as plain files. I'm
wondering whether it would be better to install them into /usr/share
instead. There they are clearly read-only.
