Requesting this change to prelink be reverted back to previous
version, as it seems like it breaks acceptance on ARM by stalling the
image build process for at least 7 hours now. I suspect a QEMU
emulation failure.

More specifically, I screwed up somewhere and will go back to drawing
board and make more testing prelink images before submitting again.
