[meego-packaging] Changing subject lines when changing subjects

Hi,

There have been a number of interesting sub-threads on this list
recently, but they still carry the "Subject: Re: [meego-commits] 12345
Changes to Trunk:Testing:Foo". This means that conversations on a more
general note are getting lost. There are far too many threads to read
each one to see if it's interesting to a more general audience; or has
a cross-cutting concern. Some of the things recently seen:

  * Bug/FEA requirement for all commits.
  * GPLv3
  * Community OBS, Extras & Surrounds
  * <I'm sure there are others I've missed>

Can people please make an effort to change the subject line earlier
than they may do in other circumstances?
