So you are saying that spectacle files are *mandatory*? That's not what
the public documentation says.
According to the public documentation; I can decide to maintain my
packages as spec files *only* (no spectacle stuff).
Now, if somebody else adds spectacle YAMLs for whater information the
"build tooling" needs, fine. But the build system should use the
provided spec file, not the generated one.
Also, what information is in the spectacle YAML files that the "build
tooling" needs that's not on conventional spec files?
