[meego-packaging] spectacle license incompatibility

Hi,

I'm sorry to bring this again but I want to be able to use $tool
in my favorite distribution and this $tool should have valid license for redistribution.

Spectacle is GPLv2 only and it ships spectacle/termcolor.py licensed under GPLv3+.
That's incompatible and to resolve this issue, spectacle could be relicensed under GPLv2+.

Please, Anas, could you do something for this.
